Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only
use the information we collect about you to process your orders and
keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not
sell, trade or rent your personal information to others
Delivery Promise
All orders are normally despatched to the delivery
address that you supply within 3 working days of receipt. If an item
is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time,
then you will be notified of the revised despatch date. Your credit
card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.
We make deliveries to the UK and other parts of Europe. For UK mainland
deliveries we use TNT. Deliveries to any other European destinations
should be arranged by the buyer.
As we supply trade customers only, orders made on
this website must exceed £200.00 + VAT.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including
Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. The company reserves the right
to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

Please allow 7 working days from receipt of your
cheque before your order is despatched.
Supply of Goods
Due to the nature of our product range we are unable
to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available,
then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative
item or cancel your order.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown on the quote
sent to you once you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs,
we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm
your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you
have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
The Company will only accept returns for any manufacturing
fault. In this case the customer must return the damaged goods to
Paparazzi Clothing Ltd at their own carriage cost. A credit note will
be issued accordingly.
For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced
products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set.

Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and sent to
the address above or emailed to
paparazzi3@hotmail.co.uk.
Errors & Omissions
Paparazzi Clothing Ltd cannot be held responsible
for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product
you have ordered has an incorrect price due to an error we have made,
we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling
or altering your order.
